Hathersage and Outseats Allotment Group (HAG) was formed in 2007 by local residents, the group aims to establish and manage allotment gardens in the village.

After much research into sites all around the village and conducting a detailed feasibility study (please ask if you would like a copy), HAG has been offered lease of a site off Baulk Lane. HAG has been exploring ideas about the site with members and local residents, it is hoped that there will be a variety of different sized plots and communal facilities available to individual residents or groups in Hathersage and Outseats. HAG has raised money to pay a Community Landscape Architect to take all of these ideas and draw up a detailed plan of the proposed site.

As well as working towards an allotment site for the village, HAG will be involved in maintaining and harvesting the newly planted orchard in Hathersage Hall Business Park.
